Through Boulder County Sheriff's transitional Work Release program, inmates serve an alternative sentence which requires they find steady employment within two weeks of starting the program. Community Cycles' PedalSmart Program
Community Cycles Bike Libraries help your employees, clients, and customers use bicycles for trips around the city of Boulder. From a short trip to the corner store, a run to the post office, or lunch with clients, the bicycle provides a practical and refreshing break from the daily routine.

Workshops are $10 for non-members and $5 for members. They are on a variety of topics from drivetrain cleaning, derailleurs/shfiters, and brakes to bike touring, winter cycling, and traffic skills.
