Hey Kids, Moms and Dads!
On Saturday, May 11th, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Community Cycles is hosting a super fun and FREE Kids Bike Day that features bike tune-ups and rodeo, bike safety instruction and repair demos, art and crafts, food, music, and much more. There will be prizes, a bike smoothie blender, and other cool stuff.
Bring your bikes (kids only) for a spring tune-up. Then come and ride the bike rodeo and have fun learning to ride over, under and around obstacles. Every kid that completes the course will receive a prize for a job well done!
Join the fun and come to Community Cycles for this annual event. Community Cycles is located at 2805 Wilderness Place in Boulder (east of 30th Street, off of Valmont). For more information call 720-565-6019 or go to communitycycles.org.
Thank you to our partners: City of Boulder, BVSD TO School Program, Great Harvest Bread Company, Chipotle, and Green Guru.
This event is free and open to all children, but for some children this free event is the only way they will have a bike to ride this summer. With your donation, we can be sure that we can fix every kid’s bike and keep them all riding safely this summer.
Please make a donation that benefits our community and keeps more kids riding bikes.

We need many volunteers to help with this event! If you are a skilled mechanic, sign up for a mechanic shift to help fix kids bikes. Or we have opportunities to help with bike art, the bike rodeo, and other activities for kids. Fill out our application form here.
