Boulder-based nonprofit Community Cycles will now manage Naropa University's bike sharing program, in a new partnership announced last week. Community Cycles employees and volunteers will oversee the university's fleet of 120 bikes at the Naropa campus bike shack.

The bikes will be available for free daily rental to students and staff with a valid Naropa ID card. Alumni and visitors will be able to check a bike out for $5. Additionally, students can sign up for a bike shack membership that will connect them to a Community Cycles mentor who will teach them basic bicycle maintenance.
