Community Cycles Rolling Bike Clinic June 5, 12, 19 Visit the Community Cycles Rolling Bike Clinic from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on June 5, 12, and 19. The rolling clinic is equipped with all the tools of a mobile bike shop and manned with volunteers who can repair your bike. Locations are yet to be determined. Going Car-Free in Boulder June 4 As part of Boulder’s Walk & Bike Month in June, visit the Going Car-Free in Boulder workshop with Community Cycles on June 4 at 9:30 a.m., 2805 Wilderness Place, Suite 1000. This workshop will examine the reasons why it makes sense to go car-free, including saving money, improving personal health, and reducing our environmental impact. Southern Bike Adventure Sun June 5 Grab your helmets and jump on your bike for an informative ride through the city of Boulder’s Open Space and Mountain Park's southern bike trail system. Join Ranger/Naturalist Kelly Idema as we travel from the historic mining town of Marshall to the ponderosa pine forests of Spring Brook Loop and everything in between.
This ride is approximately 15 miles and catered for people with intermediate mountain biking skills and fitness levels. Helmets are mandatory, food and water is highly recommended.
